New Dog Trial

  • All dogs need to pass a New Dog Trial before attending Daycare or Boarding.
  • Required vaccinations: Rabies, Bordetella (known as Kennel Cough), and Distemper/Hepatitis/Leptospirosis/Parainfluenza/Parvovirus (DHLPP or DHPP + Lepto).
  • Required preventatives: Year-round Heartworm, Year-round Flea, Annual fecal sample.
  • All dogs over 7 months old need to be neutered or spayed.

 

  • Select 1 date below that works for you. 
  • Arrival: between 7am-8am because dogs do best at their trial when they are in daycare before most of the other dogs arrive. 
  • Pickup: between noon-2pm.

 

  • Please don't bring any dog food.
  • The dog will spend about 5 hours with us so they have a chance to relax and sample our facility and meet our caretakers.
  • We'll call you if there are concerns during the trial.  Upon pickup we'll give you a report of how things went.  We want you to find the best fit for your pet, and if that's not at K-9 Kingdom, we'll help direct you toward some other options.
